What is the total amount of research funding that UF receives from external sources?
In FY 1999-2000, UF received a record $339.4 million in research funding, including $175.1 million in federal grants and contracts, $46.5 million in state and local grants, $60.3 million from private foundations, and $48 million from industry. Detailed annual reports of these statistics are published by the Office of Research and Graduate Programs (RGP).
