I am not an admitted student at UF. Can I still take classes at your university?

Thank you for your interest in the University of Florida. Yes, non-students may attend UF as a non-degree student.

The form with instructions is available at http://www.reg.ufl.edu/pdf/nondegree-reg.pdf . The non-degree form requires the dean’s, or their designee’s, signature from the college offering the course.

In addition, students must supply immunization records to the Student Health Care Center (http://www.health.ufl.edu/shcc/ ).

We encourage students to complete and submit the paperwork the week before the semester starts to the Office of the University Registrar in 222 Criser Hall. However, all paperwork can be completed during the non-degree registration (drop/add) period during normal business hours. All dates for registration and tuition deadlines can be found on Critical Dates by Term at https://www.isis.ufl.edu/cgi-bin/nirvana?MDASTRAN=RSI-CRIT .

The online Schedule of Courses (http://www.reg.ufl.edu/soc/index.html ) provides an up-to-date listing of courses offered for the term. There is no minimum number of classes or credit hours required for non-degree seeking students.

Tuition and Fee information can be found at http://fa.ufl.edu/ufs/ . Students may pay for classes on ISIS at http://www.isis.ufl.edu (choose Make a Payment in the Financial Information Side Menu).
