If your plans change and you do not graduate, please submit a new degree application for the term when you next expect to receive your degree.</p>
<p>Please complete the degree application by the published deadline. Academic deadlines can be found at http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/catalog/adhub.html under the relevant term.</p>
<p>The degree and Associate of Arts certificate application is available at http://www.isis.ufl.edu.  On the left-hand side of the screen under My Online Services, open &#8216;My Record&#8217; and select &#8220;Degree Application&#8221;.</p>
<p>If you missed the deadline, use the Late Application to apply: http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/pdf/latedegreeapp.pdf .  Please be sure to get the appropriate signature before turning the form into the Registrar&#8217;s Office in 222 Criser Hall.</p>

Diplomas will be mailed to the student&#8217;s permanent home address approximately six to eight weeks after the colleges have completed the certification process (Tuesday after commencement ceremonies). 
It is very important that your permanent home address is listed correctly in the directory, as we cannot forward diplomas.
