We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to release your UFID, or allow you to look it up, we will need the following information faxed to the Office of the University Registrar at 352-846-1126:</p>
<p>NEED UFID:</p>
<p>The name under which you applied<br />
Your date of birth<br />
Your email address<br />
Your address<br />
A copy of your driver&#8217;s license/passport showing your signature and date of birth<br />
Your handwritten signature</p>
<p>When we identify your student record and UFID, we will email the ID to you. With your UFID, you can create your GatorLink account at http://www.gatorlink.ufl.edu/ </p>
<p>Once you have your GatorLink account with a GatorLink user name and password, you will be able to check your student records on ISIS.</p>
