Why doesn’t my UFID work when I’m looking up my records on ISIS?

With the change from social security numbers to UFIDs, the PIN system for security access to your confidential records was converted to GatorLink authentication. Students will use their GatorLink ID user name and GatorLink password to access secure records on ISIS.
