How can I prove that I am a student at UF?

Enrollment verifications may be obtained at the Registrar Information Counter in 222 Criser Hall. If you are unable to come to Criser, you may call (352) 392-1374, ext. 7229 to request an enrollment verification, or fax a written request to (352) 846-1126. Written requests will take 3-5 days to process and we will need the following information: name, social security number, date of birth, degrees earned, dates attended, the address where we are to send it, and your signature.

Students may request a current term only verification or a complete history of attendance. For currently enrolled students, enrollment verification is available after the official drop/add period has ended for the semester. Critical dates can be found in the catalog, brochure and online at http://www.isis.ufl.edu (see Critical Dates by Term in Hot Links).

Information that may be included is: the student’s name, current/permanent address, class and college, major field of study, dates and status of attendance at the university, and degrees and awards received at the university. If the student needs any other information (i.e. grade point average or rank), we will need written authorization or personal identification from the student. We are unable to provide enrollment verifications when there is a financial hold on the student record, unless the request is from a federal student loan company.

Students or family members may review the instructions or obtain an enrollment certification request form at http://www.reg.ufl.edu/pdf/enrollment-cert.html .
