<li>Consult with the Employee Assistance Program</li>
</ul>
<p>Other benefits, as appropriate, include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Paid administrative leave</li>
<li>Salary payment at least at the minimum of the pay range assigned to your position</li>
<li>Paid holidays</li>
<li>Tuition fee waiver</li>
<li>Nomination for awards and bonuses</li>
<li>Special pay increases</li>
