Is it possible for a non-degree seeking student to participate in graduate level classes?

You may take courses as a nondegree seeking student in a postbaccalaureate classification at the discretion of the department. An application form for that purpose is available from the Registrar’s Office and submitted to the department for prior approval. However, please note that if you are subsequently admitted to the Graduate School, there are limitations if you intend to apply courses taken as a postbaccalaureate student to a graduate degree program.

From the Graduate Catalog:
By petition in clearly justified cases and in conformance with regulations on courses and credit, it is possible to transfer up to 15 credits of graduate courses earned with the grade of A, B+, or B.
