No. The State of Florida does not have such a program. However, the Florida Department of Education, Bureau of Student Financial Assistance (BSFA) does have a 2-year Critical Teacher’s Shortage Forgivable Loan program that is available to upperdivision undergraduate and graduate students who agree to work in critical teacher shortage areas in Florida.
