What do I do if I forgot my GatorLink password?

If you forget your password, and have previously stored an additional ID in the system, you can reset your own password online by providing the ID and your Gator-1 card number. To store an additional ID, go to the Modify command and select Forgotten Password Insurance from the menu. Follow the instructions.
Otherwise, contact your GatorLink customer service representative, call 392-HELP or come in person to the UF Computing Help Desk at E214 CSE with your Gator-1 card. A customer service representative will assist you. Remember, if your password is reset, the password for all of your GatorLink services will also be reset.
