We hold an annual walk-on tryout in mid October. You must first be enrolled as a University of Florida student and then in late September come by the basketball office to pick up the necessary paperwork to complete. Basketball office is located at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center (Directions).

What are the recruiting methods for the University of Florida’s men’s basketball team?

Tapes and videos may be sent to the assistants but the majority of the recruiting is done in the summer recruiting periods through summer camps and clinics.

Does UF still sponsor a Visa Card? If so, how can I obtain one?

Yes, the UF Athletic Association sponsors a First USA “Partner Card.” Fans may sign up at Gator basketball and football home games or contact First USA directly at 1-877-533-9656.

How do I tryout for the UF’s soccer team?
